How much does it cost?
We don't publish prices because every business is set up differently. On the discovery call we look at what you're working with, then give you a number that fits your situation.
Most clients start with a Systems Audit, and the audit fee comes off the implementation fee if you go ahead.
Where do most clients start?
With a Systems Audit. We review your CRM, workflows and client journey, then give you a written gap analysis with fixes ranked by impact and effort. You get a clear plan whether or not we build it for you.
Have you worked inside a coaching business before?
Yes. Julienne has run GoHighLevel and automation work inside a coaching business: organising the CRM, building workflows, managing tags, mapping the client journey and auditing systems. Her background as a bank data analyst means the reporting side gets the same care.
Which tools do you work with?
GoHighLevel, Make, Zapier, n8n, Power BI, Looker Studio, SQL, Python and Google Sheets, plus Airtable, Notion and Slack where your team already uses them. We work inside the tools you have unless there's a good reason to change.
You're in the Philippines. How do calls and updates work?
We book calls at times that suit the US, UK, Canada and Australia. During a build you get Loom video updates and a shared Slack channel, so most progress doesn't need a live meeting.
What happens after the system goes live?
Every project ends with a recorded walkthrough and written SOPs, so your team can run what we built.
If you want us to keep monitoring, improving and extending it, there are three levels of ongoing support: Maintenance, Growth and Embedded Partner.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Once the project is paid in full, the workflows, dashboards and documents are yours.
Why not hire a cheaper freelancer?
You can. Clients often come to us after a cheaper build broke, nobody could understand it, or the freelancer disappeared. We deliver a documented, tested system with a proper handoff, and we're still around after delivery.
Do you work with solo coaches or agencies?
No. We work with coaches who have a team and with consulting firms of roughly 2 to 50 people. Solo coaches, marketing agencies, and trade or home-services businesses are better served elsewhere.
